We are now separating links to primary and secondary sources. "Secondary sources" include newspapers, TV news outlets, magazines and many websites that compile news from elsewhere. Individuals, databases, documents, archives and websites are "qualifed primary sources" only if they independently observe, present, collect or publish orginal testimony, evidence, data or analysis that is accurate and verifiable. Anyone with first-hand knowledge, specialized expertise or "in a position to know" is a primary source.
